The fine-mesh chinois will effortlessly strain solids or lumps from food, and assist with creating a lusciously silky texture to your sauces. The robust stainless steel handle allows you to keep a firm grip and maintain full control when straining. The strainer includes a hook on the opposite side of the handle to clip onto the side of a pot or pan to ensure the strainer does not fall and spill hot liquids.
