Torro Bread Knife 250mm

Features an easy to grip anti-microbial handle that will help to inhibit the growth of fungi and bacteria. Catercare's range of High Carbon Torro knives boasts a Rockwell Hardness Rating of 56°. This means that the knife will be able to withstand the demands of a commercial kitchen environment and the blade will stay sharper for longer. The ergonomic anti-microbial handle is injected directly into steel bolster and includes a finger guard to ensure safe handling.
