GATTO Mildsteel Lid to Fit BO5 Bread Tray

Designed to fit directly onto Catercare's 5-Division Bread Loaf Pan (BO5). Adding a lid to the bread pan will result in a flat sided, rectangular shaped loaf of bread.

Manufactured from mild steel, this bread pan lid is incredibly heavy duty and robust to withstand a commercial bakery or kitchen environment for many years!
