Enhance the flavours and aromas of wine quickly with Catercare's Essential Wine Aerator.

How does it work?
The wine aerator forces unnatural levels of oxygen into the wine, which helps accelaterate oxidation and evaporation. Compounds within the wine are susceptible to oxidation and undergo a chemical reaction. In simple terms, the chemical process that takes place when wine is poured through an aerator is that the wine's bouquet and aroma are enhanced, whilst any strong, medicinal or sulfuric aromas are reduced.

Simply hold the wine aerator in one hand, hover over a wine glass or wine decanter and pour the wine through for instantly improved wine.
