This heavy duty Conical Strainer from Catercare is exceptionally hard wearing and heavy duty to cope in an rigorous industrial kitchen environment. Designed to strain soups, broths, stocks, sauces and more! The robust stainless steel handle allows you to keep a firm grip and maintain full control when straining. The strainer includes a hook on the opposite side of the handle to clip onto the side of a pot or pan to ensure the strainer does not fall and spill hot liquids. The slot in the handle will allow you to hang the strainer up for space-saving storage.
