GATTO Five Pan Bread Tray Alusteel (Standard)

This heavy duty five division bread pan from Catercare is essential for all bakeries. Manufactured from a high quality alusteel which helps to ensure even heat distribution for perfectly baked loaves each time. The folded construction ensures optimal strength, stability and durability to withstand the rigours of a heavy duty bakery environment.

Baking bread in these bread pans will result in a domed shape top to the loaves. If you prefer a completely rectangular shaped loaf, you can easily add a lid!
