Create velvety smooth sauces, stocks, broths, soups and more with Catercare's Chinois Strainer! Manufactured from a hard-wearing, hygienic stainless steel body with a durable fine-mesh chinois that is designed to handle a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment. The fine-mesh chinois will effortlessly strain solids or lumps from food, and assist with creating a lusciously silky texture to your sauces. The robust stainless steel handle allows you to keep a firm grip and maintain full control when straining. The strainer includes a hook on the opposite side of the handle to clip onto the side of a pot or pan to ensure the strainer does not fall and spill hot liquids. The slot in the handle will allow you to hang the strainer up for space-saving storage.
